In this active workshop we will experience a guided meditation as we work through the garden and through our emotions. We will collectively create a Mexican Plant Remey known as Aqua Sana - Flower Essence as we give a little appreciation to the seasons in transformation with the botanical guidance of The Three Sisters "Corn, Squash, Beans".
