Catnip is a vigorous herb with beautiful white flowers. It is native to southern and eastern Europe and is naturalized in the United States. This plant is fast growing, so keep it contained by either planting in a confined space/pot, pulling runners, and removing flowers before they go to seed. Cut back during the winter to 1-2" to encourage bushy new growth in the spring.
