This variegated variety looks like a Jade Plant but grows faster and takes full sun, drought and extreme heat. It's name comes from the grazing habit of African elephants and other range animals. They eat the leaves and spit out the stems and seeds, which naturally propagates the plant. It can grow up to 8ft tall in it's native environment!
It makes an excellent potted plant. Provide good drainage and deep infrequent water. Protect from frost and severe cold (hardy to zones 9-11 but does not tolerate temps below freezing.)
