Little Fingers Eggplant
Asian eggplant variety valued for its thin, dark purple skin and sweet, creamy white flesh. Clusters of 3 to 4 long, thin eggplants are produced on sturdy, 3’ tall plants. Three to six-inch long fruit are finely textured with a hint of sweetness and can be harvested at any time while skins are still tender and glossy. Does not require peeling. 68 days to harvest.
