Date & Time: Monday, May 13, 2024 @ 6 - 9 p.m. CST (Doors at 6, talk at 7) Location: Zilker Botanical Garden & Streaming via Zoom or YouTube Cost: Free and Open to Public (Membership Encouraged) While summer is going to scorch any outdoor attempts at tender salad greens, that doesn't mean we can't cultivate things like lettuce, kale, arugula, or radishes! Join us this month for a complete rundown on microgreens, your personal indoor miniature farm. Microgreens are incredibly fresh, vibrant vegetables grown to a young age before harvested and used for many applications that we will cover together. Join us early for "Make it Hour" at 6, talk starts at 7! Don't forget to bring seeds and plants to swap afterwards. If you can't make it in person we will also be streaming the event via YouTube and zoom.
